For a time when there is so much that can overwhelm our minds…

Summing it all up, friends,

I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things

true,
noble,
reputable,
authentic,
compelling,
gracious—
the best, not the worst;
the beautiful, not the ugly;
things to praise, not things to curse.

Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies.”

Philippians 4:8-9 (The Message)

“You might not can keep birds from landing on your head, but you can keep them from building a nest in your hair.” That statement is so true to our thought life. In a time when there are so many negative things to focus on, the Lord reminds us to keep our focus on Him and His power, and things of Him that are good and true.

“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.” Isaiah 26:3-4 (NLT)

Blessed Sunday to everyone…

Boy do I just love that statement. It's gonna be my choice for this entire summer! Thanks Friend!!! Hope you're having a super awesome day.
